1. Digital products (supplier access, guides, training)
1.1 General no-refund policy
Once a digital product has been delivered (e.g. access link shown on the confirmation page and/or sent by email), we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, except as set out in this policy or where required by law.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:
• You are buying digital access and information, not physical stock.
• Results (including income or sales) will vary based on your own effort, budget, marketplace activity and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular financial outcome.
Vinted Resell (“we”, “us”, “our”) primarily sells digital products (such as supplier directories, guides and training materials) that are delivered instantly after purchase.
Because of the nature of digital content, these products are generally non-refundable, except where:
• There is a confirmed technical issue preventing access and we are unable to resolve it.
